1. Hidratare, hidratare

Apa este foarte tare

Bună de băut prin gură

Căci apoi iese prin pulă!

2. Când bei apă este bine

Căci tu te simţi foarte bine

Poţi s-o bei cu ochii-nchişi

Oricum ajungi să o pişi

3. Dar corpul e hidratat

Nu mai eşti aşa uscat

Poţi să fii mai fericit

Că n-ajungi un scofâlcit
