A Ajuna

1. Ca să ţii un post complet

Trebe să o iei încet

Nimic tu să nu mănânci

Trebe s-ai voinţe-adânci

2. Să rabzi şi să nu-ţi doreşti

Asta-nseamnă să posteşti

E bine pentru-organism

Şi nu o spun cu cinism

3. S-ajunezi din când în când

Pe bune, nu doar în gând

E bine şi sănătos

N-o să mori, fii serios
